Don,
I just ordered from Bob's Machine Shop a 2 1/2" set back jack that is designed to do what you want and I did but will adjust for the correct height. For every inch of setback you need to go up 1/2". This will do it and then some. I did not find a TH that did the height plus setback height and all for $195. I bought the fixed height TH product and it is the same as what I already had. Robert at BOB's was very knowledgeable and he explained that this was the correct product for me. I'm going to install the new and get rid of the old. Check with JOE on the height and how he is getting it done.
