Try Chesapeake Marine Fastners in Annpolis, lots of stainless screws, bolts,and other ss stuff. They may have a handle on the powder coated rivets. FYI if the rivets are gone they were not stainless, be prepared for a work out they are alot tougher than the aluminum.
My rig has lots of screws about a#10 x1 pan head. JW |

Otto, the reason I don't want to use screws is, they don't seat flush enough for the rubrail on top.

I think I'll be replacing all my wood type screws with machine screws and ny-lock nuts.

I counter-sunk (sinked) s/s screws with 5200 and had only a small crown left. Actually, a better job than what I found. I thought about through bolting with nylok nuts, but... nah. Have fun. Otto
