Nick, I also have the DF140 suzuki on my '72 20' cc.I'm currently running a 14x21 aluminum prop that was supplied with the engine. At wot I'm turning 5600 rpm and showing 41 mph on the gps. I want to get the rpms up some [I think the wot should be 5600-6200] so I am switching to a 14x19. aluminum. I should be able to get up on plane faster but don't want my top speed to suffer. I'll keep you posted. Gary
