Welcome Martin

You definatly have found a "Potter" built 1974 SeaCraft. Built in Princeton (Miami) Hull number 420
Generaly boats of that age, even if sitting, will require repair to the transom and the floor. If you can determine that she still has the original fuel tank and hoses most of the time it will need repalcing also

Your towing issues can best be answered by other members who own 20 footers You might also want to browse thru some old threads on the site dealing with the many questions regarding the refurbishing process
