A little more progress,,,All the hinges are on and the dash is finished with the switches in and the GPS mounted. Tomorrow the console goes in and plan on hanging the motor and then wiring begins and installing the trim around the gunnel rod holders! Here are a couple of pictures

Nice work, I like your choice of hardware. What brand of pull-up cleats are those?

Congrats on finally splashing her! It must feel great after all that work. You must have been putting in some serious hours to pull it off in 5 months. That is amazing if you ask me.

I have to ask, how did you sand the rounded edges where the new deck met the liner and did you have to recreate the drain area? Also what kind of paint did you spray that you did not have to worry about keeling over dead? I just sprayed my console with gel-coat and have been regretting it because of the insane amount of sanding work. I am about to try a different gun and see if I can get it to go on any smoother.

On the edge where the new deck met the liner I formed a drain channel with cabosil and then sanded it all smooth. The entire boat was sprayed with Awl-Grip whisper grey I Had the boat painted by someone I did spray the primer with a HVLP gun which worked really good!
