Very nice rig.
I was fishing my SeaCraft up the street from you today. We slogged our way down to sandy hook reef. I have a 1972 restored 23' SeaCraft w/twin 200 Yamahas. The boat usually rides very nice. However, i was having trim tab issues today (which made for a bumpy ride). We caught a ton of short seabass, along with some keepers. Also, caught some nice tog and one big ling. We then tried some fluking off the beach (in about 25 feet of water). Caught a bunch of shorts and rolled some decent fish. On the way back in we tried fluking off of the nude beach (a couple of shorts) and in the Reach we caught some more shorts. The water was about 10 degrees colder in the ocean than in the bay. Very few boats out today. Peter
