Up north, we dip steaks in soysauce for a second, roll in sesame seeds and then sear for a very short time (like the other tom mentioned) CSICKNICK also shared with me a greek cooking recipe. Skip the soysauce and sesame seeds, and just dip the steaks in YASU greek salad dressing and then sear on the grill or in the pan. |

Tom, will give a ring when I get back down there after the 1st of the year.
Ed, all those shots are in Mexico, even the cooking ones. You have to make do with what you can down there. Up here I use a seasoning from Satan's Breath (google for more info) that works very well. 45 seconds per side in a red hot iron pan. |
