that looks very nice. Does the powder coating make it harder to fit the glass back in any way? Could you post a close up of the "wrinkled" powder coating as I have never seen that before. Thanks

Looks awesome.
I'd like an appraisal of the powder coating after a year of use... I thought about powder coating my frame, but was worried that the inherent movement in the frame pcs would chip the powder coating at the joints. I hope yours stands up to use - then, when I can't stand to see the corrossion in mine, I'll rip it apart and powdercoat it ! |

Looks great. My experience with powder coating is just limited to t-tops and one engine bracket and on both those it held up fine. Something to think about when it comes time to place the windshields back on the 25 seafari.

From what i understood after i did my homework with this and questioning the powderpro who did the job it was the definately the way to go for long term. It cost a little more than just priming and spraying with paint but it is alot more durable. Also better resistant to UV rays. So i guess we will see what happens. Thanks for all the positive feedback.
