Look at the TACO website and find out what measurements you need then Measure you boat accordingly. Return to TACO site and match up you measurements with what they offer and look at the styles they offer with those measurements. Then check the pricing.

You can also do a web search of other manufactures as well. In most cases, you get what you pay for.

Oh yeah, check out some of the web sites that describe different processes for mounting them. The one of attaching both ends where they meet on the transom and wokinging it/stretching on around the bost intrigues me, though I have never done it myself. You'll need to get some idea from the manufacturer what to expect in terms of "stretch" so you can trim it accordingly to begin with.
