and remember when you pull steering cables, wire, etc. always pull another pull rope with it and then leave in place for the next time.
let me emphasize the ALWAYS!!!!!! you can use some dish soap or something similar to lube the wire/cable your pulling. it will help. also try to make your knots or wire to rope connections as streamlined as possible and wrap with electric tape and the soap. will pull right thru
