Joel,

I agree with the above. If you are able to save another hull and provide someone a job while doing it, then why not? "Build it and they will come."

$20K, less power and (high-end) electronics is realistic.

For me, with the number of trailers available in So. FL, I wouldn't sweat that too much. IMHO, they are dime a dozen, and most folks would want to choose trailer type AS WELL as power choice.
