Welcome aboard.
Your new boat was designed for a 300 lb motor. Opti up to 175hp @ 430 lbs is about as heavy as I would go. I'd nix the Yammie 4 strokes beyond the 115- theyy're close to 500lbs. E-TEC would be the way to go if you want hp with minimal weight. I think 150-200 are all about 425lbs. 115 is plenty of power with that hull. But I understand the need for speed.
