Nope. The cap and floor are not really glassed to transom. Cap is riveted or screwed and floor is just potter puttied to the stringers. Alittle potter putty back around the splash well and boxes to help glue them together.

Thanks for the info. I'm learning as I go. I also need to fill a few screw and drilled holes throughout the boat. Do you know if it recommended to fill the holes first with an epoxy or other product before filling with gel coat?
