The white on my 23 is very close to the polyester Dusky White from Fiberglass Coatings:

They make it in spray and brushable mixtures. It is also tintable if you need to make small adjustments.
I originally intended to use polyester gelcoat, but am now trying to track down a good vinylester gelcoat in the right color. LBI has an off white that I am interested in but haven't spent the money to check color yet.

Matching the original red on my hull is pretty much impossible since it has faded to about 10 different shades in different places and even wet sanding does not get it uniform.
