The Trailer,

Everything except the frame is new, and never been in the water, including the fenders, tires, wheels, bearing, hubs, torsion axle, 5,000lb coupler, jack stand and 3"x3"x1/4" galvanized tongue. The frame is a 6" aluminum I-beam. I have a brand new 2,500lb winch on order that should be here by Wed.

I'll be installing new bunks and taking it to the local Trailer shop to transfer and adjust the boat to trailer this week, if all goes as planned.

Note, the fenders are just laying on the tires, and will be installed after the new Bunks.

I'm debating on the bunks. Do I use 4x6 cypress at $80 from the local saw mill, or Pressure treated 4x6 at $25 from the big box store? I'm leaning Pressure treated, but I'm guessing if your a buyer, Cypress is the way to go.

Opinion?

Updating progress,

I finished the bunks. The trailer is done except the fenders. They're just laying on the tires for the pics. I'll install those after I swap the boat onto it.

The bunks are pressure treated and thru bolted with Stainless hardware.
