Not intending to hijack thread here so I will keep it short. I used 2"OD/1.5 ID pipe from Max Gain Systems (mgs4u.com/fiberglass-tube-rod.htm) and then wrapped it in 1700 w epoxy to get to 3/8" wall. Cut out old stuff and cut sections of pipe to fit angles (neither were easy tasks - access is hard). You can see the blocks in the corners of Petey's bulkhead picture. Centered tubes on old holes, epoxied tubes in w glass fiber fillets then 1700 or 1808 (can't remember which). Match drilled liner n hull to 1.5". Sounds easier than it was, but I wanted to keep the drains which I think are a good idea but miserably executed.
