Got them in. Ended up using the ratchet strap, lowered the engines and turned the flywheel.
Thanks for all the help guys. Boat's been out of the water for 3 seasons. No extra money for maintanence....

Yes, you go down thru the hole on the rear. That bolt has been removed.
Lifted engine back up, found the bolt ya'll were talking about. Lower unit is off. Thanks a million!!!

There's a bolt under the zinc.
