I am not sure if yours are like the one's on a 20' c/c or not but I replaced my thru hulls with the brass units that you flange with a flanging tool and 5200.

I just bought the boat and stripped the inside to repaint and rewire. I haven't tested it yet. I'll let you know when I get back in the water.
