Boy does this bring back memories. Mine was a 76. Used all composite for transom and floor and have no regrets. Took me four years though. Good luck.

I used 2 lb foam. Mertons has it for $72 for a 2 gal. kit. Used most of two of these kits (4 gals.) The temp. was around 65 to 70 degrees when I did it so it may expand more for you in the warmer...
