Damn!!! Awesome!! It turned out amazing! I would love to have a Scampi, it would be right at home around here in our rivers. That boat is much rarer than the Seavette.

Looks like you have your shift cables hooked up backwards, looks like you are having to put the shifter in reverse to go forward. Being as such, your engine is most likely not achieving WOT.

When I had my sceptre, I had the anchor chocks and the hawse pipe for the rope. Anchor just simply stayed on the deck and it worked great.

Seems like that boat would have a Bravo II drive, that's what took place of the old TR drive. It was made for big heavy boats and could swing a 20" diameter prop if I'm not mistaken.

I had a 1977 20ft Sceptre, it was a very unique boat. I had a 200 Yamaha on it and didn't really have any problems with the wet deck syndrome.

Yea, a Scampi would be sweet! I still have the 454 that came out of the Seavette and would be awesome in the Scampi.
