Nice job, makes me think twice about raising the stringers in the boat seeing as im about 225#s.Did Wildfire Marine use Gel-coat or did they paint it?

well from what it sounds like I think awl-grip is the way to go.

yeah my cylinder is a K-10. There is a tab under the site where you can look at the other models of cylinders and resovoirs.
Most of the marinas and marine parts dealers around here couldn't help...

Im not having to replace the entire system just all the parts that go on the cylinder. Like the plate, the bar that goes through the tilt tube and all the washers and nuts.

my 20' also has a hynautic steering system, and I am having to replace the entire system. I found a site that can replace the parts for hynautic systems. It is web page (www.charmnet.com)...

thanks this helps me out alot. as I now know which harness to pull out of there. Any suggestions or ideas for running new wires to replace the old ones that go to the lights, and bilge pump, etc...

Not sure but it does have a bracket and the transom is closed in and has two lockers on the top of the transom i can get you the telephone numbers if you would like.

well that is what I was thinking either a 200 mercury or a 150 yamaha four-stroke. Probably going to go with the four stroke just because of the ease of maintinance and the queitness.
