48.7 with my 23 Sceptre and a 2001 250 EFI Mercury OB at 5600 rpm, I did alot of prop testing to find the perfect size pitch etc. ended up with a 3 blade stiletto 17 pitch I think 15 inch

Well I get a true 49mph at 5700rpm with a 250 Merc, I cruise around 40mph at 5000rpm turning a 19pitch stilletto prop. Full load 2 people and two 110 coolers and 120gallons of gas....
