Re: I guess it's my turn.
Jaizzen, that was my brothers and others same thoughts. I will use nitacore on the bulkheads and that should make the hull ridgid. Nitacore is going to be the material of choice on this boat. I used okume on my seabird. I intend to keep this one light and fast. I am looking at a 140 or 150 hp motor for it. I need it to be very ecomonical.

Re: I guess it's my turn.
CaptDavid,
I assume you are planning on transverse bulkheads; where are you planning on putting them, and how high will they be? My 20 is not as stripped down as yours, but I've got the tank out and I was thinking of doing something with the exposed foam (it's damp on the bottom) and installing bulkheads to make the tank "coffin" area tight and sealed off. See my earlier thread here http://forum.classicseacraft.com/sho...b=5&o=&fpart=1 |

Re: I guess it's my turn.
Where is the Seabird site? I have searched for that site but could never find it. Any help? Tight lines. Tarpun
