Fuel Tank Grounding

I installed a below deck plastic tank in my 20. I grounded the fill but don't know if I need to ground the tank because it is plastic. And how would I do that if I needed to. Thanks

I would no doubt use starboard or a similar material for the top. I used it and absolutely love it. Gives you something to bolt through for antennas and radar and is just like having a hard top. ...
