Re: livewell issue

I don't know where the overflow is in the hull but it sounds like the water is being forced in the thru hull while running.

Re: Factory Installed Bracket?

I had a 1987 23' with a factory installed bracket. It was a single engine Armstrong. I would have to say it was not a conversion if it has the full transom like an inboard. If you can get a look at...

Re: HELLS BAY

Under the waterline sounds like a retarded place for a towing eye. I am not saying thats not what it is for, but a stainless towing bracket sounds more practical considering a 21' boat would...

Re: 23 SC starboard drain up front

Rich,
I have run my boat without the plug and never noticed a difference besides the water which will obviously drain underway. The boat will not sink if left out unless there is a leak between...

Re: Mercury outboard

pogden,
The armature is the wire in the core of the electric motor and the bedix is what engages the starter gear. There may be a problem with the starter or your engine might be locked up. If...

Re: Nav Light Question

The blower is probably overkill, but the gas tank is in the bilge and the possibility of fumes is there. I know the liklyhood of igniting those fumes is even lower but anything is possible.
